Agar powder is a kind of alginate extracted from Geliflower and other red algae plants. It has a history of more than 300 years in my country and Japan. Because of its special gel properties, it has been widely used in food, medicine, Chemicals, textiles, national defense, biological scientific research and other fields are called "novel East Asian products" internationally. Agar is translucent white to light yellow thin film strips or fragments, granules and powders, which are odorless or have a slightly special odor, and the taste is sticky and slippery.
